  • ¾ cup unsweetened organic soymilk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I like Be Well By Kelly
  • ½ medium frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • ½ small pitted date
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
