Equipment

  • A high speed blender such as a Vitamix is helpful for the best texture

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 peeled orange
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
