- ½ cup macadamia milk any nut milk will do
- ½ cup cold brew coffee
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder By Well By Kelly is my favorite
- 1 tbsp ground flax meal
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- handful of ice cubes
