  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Be Well By Kelly is my favorite
  • 3 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ice cubes
