I’m Christina and I’m passionate about home-cooked meals. I enjoy teaching people to eat in a way that helps them thrive, feel nourished and cared for. I believe that if you’re balanced and fueled at home, it is easier to make healthier choices when you’re out and about.
I’ve found that when I prioritize my health by eating mostly home-cooked food with a focus on quality ingredients, other healthy habits follow – higher water intake, more movement, better sleep, etc.). Trying to focus on a way of eating rather than a diet ultimately fosters a healthy relationship with food.
