Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Cup

A Quick & Easy Healthier Dessert

If you’re looking for a sweet treat that’s simple, satisfying, and nourishing, this Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Cup is for you! It’s like a peanut butter cup meets a yogurt parfait – creamy, chocolatey, and made with wholesome ingredients.

This is one of my favorite little desserts to keep in the fridge when I want something sweet but don’t want to overdo it. You can easily double or quadruple the recipe and have them ready to grab whenever the mood strikes.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Quick & easy: Only 5 minutes of hands-on time
High-protein & nutrient-dense: Made with whole milk Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and a touch of banana
Customizable: Swap the nut butter, add fruit, or sprinkle on extra toppings
Make-ahead friendly: Keep extras chilled for a no-effort dessert anytime

As a functional nutritionist and chef, I’m all about finding delicious ways to make real, nutrient-dense food more enjoyable. This little dessert has a balance of protein, healthy fats, and just enough sweetness – no sugar crash here! It’s the kind of treat that feels indulgent but supports your wellness goals at the same time.

Cheers,

Christina
